Located on Ena Road in the commercial area of Eaton Square. A small establishment with about 15 tables. The decor is that of a local pub, since there is a small bar for its regulars.
Those familiar with Eaton Square will remember when the area was no a friendly area. It has since been cleaned up and revitalized. New areas buildings like Allure and the Watermark have added to improving the area.
Smoke House is not the best BBQ you would have had but it does remind me of those home cooked BBQ with friends. The meats don’t have any special flavoring or twist to them.
Grilled Ribs and Sausage
Ribs were soft and tasty. The sauce was alittle on the sweet side but did provide for great flavor.
Pulled Pork
I didn’t care for this as it was oily. I think if this was in bread with some slaw it might have tasted alot better.
Parking…. In Eaton Square Public Lot. For $9 you can park for 6 hours. This is a deal if you want to make a night of it in Waikiki.
Final….Not the best place for BBQ but on those nights when you want to eat BBQ without the prep, firing up the grill and cleaning up…you can make your way down to Smoke House.
